Hardware and Software
- The AFISwitch fingerprint reader and software can be purchased directly from LexisNexis Risk Management (RefCheck)
- Customers may elect to buy or rent the scanners, including the software and license
- Customers may elect the MSO300 (recommended option for go live) or the Identix fingerprint reader, or a combination thereof
- There is no additional cost for the RefCheck integration software

Training
- Electronic fingerprints must be captured by authorised and trained operators
- RefCheck will provide training and training material (costs to be determined depending on requirements. Approximately R900 per person).
- Each operator will be subject to a credit and illicit activity check, which will be performed prior to registration and on an ongoing 6-month basis
